Our complaints procedure

Whilst we hope that you will never have any complaints about our service, if you have, please first contact with the person dealing with your case.

If for any reason, you are still not satisfied and you wish to make an official complaint about the way your case is being dealt with, then you should complain in writing to Miss Sital Somaiya who will investigate the complaint and write to you about it.

How to follow up your complaint with the Legal Ombudsman (if we have not resolved the complaint to your satisfaction within eight weeks of your complaint being known to us), you are advised that you have the right to refer your case directly to the Legal Ombudsman who can be contacted on:
